All items are made to order and printed in-house.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

We ship via :

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Mail (Optional Upgrade): 2–3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
We keep shipping simple and affordable:
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders up to $24.99
- FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders $25.00 and over 🎉
- Priority Mail Upgrade: Flat rate option available at checkout for faster delivery
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
