OVERVIEW

At G-WizGraphix, all products are designed and printed in-house using high-quality materials. Because many of our items are made to order, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable
• This includes items with names, dates, custom text, sizing adjustments, or design modifications
• These items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

We accept returns on standard (non-personalized) items under the following conditions:
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Item must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds:
* – Refunds are issued for the item price only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
Upon review, we will:
Send a replacement or Issue a full refund

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase
After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Used items
• Items not in original condition
• Items returned outside the allowed return window
